Boom Pam bring Middle Eastern surf-rock and disco from Tel Aviv.

Altın Gün, based in Amsterdam, have released their fifth album of Anatolian psych-rock.

Les Abranis were a pioneering band of Algerian rock and funk, based in Paris.

Gaïsha, led by Belgian-Moroccan singer Aïcha Haskal, are an ensemble drawing from several Belgian bands.

Crimi are a French quartet with links to Sicily and North Africa.


Ekiti Sound, aka Leke Awoyinka, afro-fusionist, is based between Lagos and London.

Emicida, Brazilian hiphop star, is coming back to Dublin on May 3rd.

Kabaka Pyramid is Kingston-born reggae rapper, singer and producer.

The Inna de Yard crew feature veteran vocalists Winston McAnuff and Johnny Osbourne.


Angel Bat Dawid is socio-political jazz activist musician and band-leader, based in Chicago.

Kahil El’Zabar directs an ensemble in memory of jazz shaman and trumpeter Don Cherry.

Asher Gamedze is a drummer, composer and Cape Town resident.


Two duos have come together in France to form an all-star quartet - Sissoko, Segal, Parisien, Peirani.

Damir Imamovic is a Bosnian singer and composer in contemporary sevdah style.

The Payadora Tango Ensemble provide backing for songs and stories of Holocaust trauma.

Brighde Chaimbeul is Scottish piper from Skye “following the drone”.
