Malian maestro Salif Keita describes his new album as his final offering!

Bixiga 70 are the funky brassy 10-piece from Sao Paulo.

Doctor Nativo is from Guatemala with Ivan Duran of the Garifunas on production.

Lura is Portuguese singer with Cape Verdean background.

Barro is from Pernambuco in North-Eastern Brazil.

Eumir Deodato, from Rio, produced these jazz-bossa instrumentals in the mid-60s prior to his mainstream success.

Liniker is a trans singer from Brazil, backed by Os Caramelows.


Pascuala Ilabaca, Chilean accordionist and singer, is back with a new album.

Also from Chile, Chico Trujillo’s new project is Macha y el Bloque Depresivo.

Ruben Blades is the esteemed Panamanian salsero.

Chucho Valdes is veteran master of Cuban jazz piano.

Mariza is the queen of modern fado.


Refree is a partial soundtrack from Spanish alt-flamenco producer Raül Refree.

Aleka is a Romanian singer and cellist, based in Ireland, who will be performing in Dublin on December 4th with some fine Irish jazzers.

The Breath is the duo featuring the voice of Rioghnach Connolly with Stuart McCallum.

Gerald Toto is Caribbean singer and member of the Bona-Toto-Lokua collective.
